Meiji was organized by a group of social- minded businessman and experts in response to two major needs in the industry: first, to promote new strategies and technology for lucrative real estate ventures in townhomes, condominiums, executive subdivisions, and corporate housing; and next, to fulfill a social need for affordable housing through effective development schemes that would nonetheless realize respectable returns on investment. Basically a planning and development company, Meiji integrates investors and developers into Joint Real Estate Ventures. Here lies the company's strength - the balanced management of resources.

The trend towards the development ofindustrial estates led to the first project - MEIJI GARDEN. It is an exclusive subdivision for both foreign and national executives located in the First Cavite Industrial Estate.

This project will be followed by an affordable housing subdivision within the same municipality.
